Mr. Dilsher Singh Malhi is the founder and CEO of Zupee, a skill-based gaming company established in 2018.
Mr. Malhi did his B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from IIT Kanpur in 2017. He was the head of Simutech Club at IIT Kanpur.SimuTech provides a platform for students to pursue their interest in theoretical, practical and simulation projects related to chemical engineering and other fields at IIT Kanpur. He then worked as a Research Associate at EPFL, Switzerland where he worked on the design of Microfluidic Platforms for Larval Stage Sorting and Multiplexed Single Embryo Culturing of C. elegans.
A firm believer in the benefits of gamification and learning through play, Mr. Malhi is encouraged to use it to improve lives through continual improvement and cognitive development. While at IIT Kanpur, Dilsher realized that the course could be made more enjoyable if it was gamified. Since then, he has been interested in technology-led innovations that can simplify, engage and entertain.Now in its fourth year running, Zupee has been steadily growing to become a leader in the competitive online gaming and gamification industry .
The co-founders of Zupee, Mr. Dilsher Singh Malhi and Mr.Siddhant Saurabh have been featured among young tech entrepreneurs in the coveted 'Forbes 30 under 30 Asia', 2021 list, in the Consumer Technology category.
