Mr. Harsh Manglik is former Chairman & Geography Managing Director, Accenture-India, and former Chairman NASSCOM.
He was a recipient of the Distinguished Alumnus Award in 2008 from IIT Kanpur.
Mr. Manglik completed his graduation in Mechanical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur (1970), MS in Mechanical Engineering & Design from Case Western Reserve University and MBA from Tepper School of Business, Carnegie Mellon University.
His executive experience and expertise span across corporate domains - with organizations that are technology based and offer highly engineered products - as well as management consulting and academia. In addition to Accenture, he in an alumnus of IBM, Pratt & Whitney/United Technologies (aerospace-defense), and Booz Allen (Management Consultants).
Mr Manglik has also maintained links with the academic world through his roles as Distinguished Executive in Residence and Adjunct Professor of Management at Carnegie Mellon University, Senior Advisor to the Dean and Practice Professor at Indian School of Business (ISB), member International Advisory Committee, IIM Rohtak, and member launch Operating Committee for MIT's Leaders for Manufacturing (now Global Operations) Graduate Program, a joint program between Graduate School of Engineering and Sloan School.
He has served on the Board of Directors of Cyient and the Board of Governors of IIT Kanpur.
He was featured on the cover of Forbes magazine accompanied by a detailed story in all editions and was judged by Economic Times (India) among "Top 10 MNC CEOs."
