Mr. Sudhir M. Mittal is currently the Managing Director of Sukriti Ltd., a company based out of Ghaziabad that makes silver and nickel-plated copper wires which are largely exported to Europe, the USA, and the Far East. Mr. Sudhir M Mittal is currently the Managing Director of Sukriti (P) Ltd. Ghaziabad. Mr.Mittal has worked with Union Carbide for a decade. He left his job to his start his own enterprise and set up special wire manufacturing unit Sukriti Vidyut Udyog making silver and nickel-plated copper wires that are largely exported to Europe, USA and the far east.
Mr. Mittal did his B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from IIT Kanpur in 1970. He has worked with Union Carbide for a decade. He left his job to start his own enterprise and set up a special wire manufacturing unit named Sukriti Vidyut Udyog. Mr. Mittal is actively involved in village and primary education. He is the president of Gram Bharati, near Pilakhua, a training school for teachers of village schools. He is also currently associated with Saraswati Vidya Mandir, Ghaziabad. Mr. Mittal is on the advisory committee of the SIDBI Centre for Entrepreneurship Development at IIT Kanpur and has frequently interacted with the IITK students as a mentor.
