Dr. Venkat Krishnamurthy is the President and Co-founder of Alignable, where his visionary leadership has been instrumental in creating the largest network of business owners in North America.
Mr. Venkat completed his bachelor's degree in Computer Science in 1992 and was a President Gold Medalist. Then he moved to San Francisco for further studies where he completed his PhD in computer sciences from 1992-1997. He is a recipient of the Distinguished Alumnus Award, in the year 2023 from IIT Kanpur.
Dr. Venkat's remarkable career spans several influential roles. While still at Stanford, he co-founded invisAlign. He then distinguished himself as the visionary Founder and CTO of Paraform Inc. from 1998 to 2002, followed by a pivotal tenure as VP of Engineering at Metris NV from 2002 to 2004 that led to their acquisition by Nikon. His philanthropic spirit took shape in January 2003 when he established GK Trust with his father and sister, and subsequently GK Vidyalaya in Tirunelveli (Sankarnagar), TN, a school for underprivileged children, demonstrating his commitment to providing quality education to underserved communities.
Dr. Venkat Krishnamurthy is currently a board member of Grand Circle Corporation since January 2012. He is a board member at Cementos Pacasmayo where he advises the company on their digital innovation strategy.
