Applications are invited for post of Project Associate (One post) in the project titled “Manipulation of Structure, Composition and Properties of CuO Ceramics and Thin Films to achieve Near Room Temperature Multiferroism for Device Applications” sponsored by the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India. The appointment is purely temporary and is on contractual basis.

Salary Range: Rs. 18000-1500-45000

Minimum Qualification: B.Tech. or M.Sc. + 1 years’ experience

Candidate must have experience in the following areas:

Operation and maintenance of

• Atomic force microscope with demonstrated proficiency in operation its modes (e.g. taping and contact mode, PFM, EFM, KPFM and MFM), Change of tips, Sample handling
• Profilometer (Optical and Stylus)
• Maintenance of Vacuum systems, UPS and Power supply etc.

Only short-listed applicants will be called for a telephonic interview whose date and time will be intimated by email. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview in person. Applicants who do not meet the minimum qualification and work experience will not be called for the interview.
