Minimum Qualifications |
M.Tech or B.Tech with 3 years experience in Electrical/Electronics/Aerospace engineering |
Nature of Work and Essential Experience |
- Strong programming skills in C and C++.
- Familiarity with other popular programming languages and the ability to quickly learn new languages.
- Experience in embedded hardware development - circuit and PCB design.
- Understanding of basics of RF circuits and RF PCB design.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills. Experience in technical mentoring/teaching adds value.
- Familiarity with wide range of sensors and experience in working with various digital I/O protocols.
- Passion for solving the water resource management problem and an appetite for taking risks.
- Personal vision for different applications of the developed IoT stack in the domains of energy and water resources management.

Job Profile |
- Designing and building hardware for low-power wireless embedded devices
- Developing and testing of end-node and gateway software
- Enhancing efficiency and robustness of the system while ensuring scalability
- Integration of sensors and the embedded IoT platform for the development of water quality and quantity monitoring instruments.
- Building an ecosystem around this core IoT hardware and software capability for developing end-to-end solution. The lead embedded engineer is expected to guide other engineers like backend developer and instrumentation engineer.
- Assessing the current trends in IoT technology and constantly attempting to reach and breach the state-of-the-art.

The post is temporary & contractal basis. The appointment will be offered for a period of 1 year and will be renewed on satisfactory performance.
