wrote on 17th July 2011 Dr. G. C. Ray was my colleague in the EE Department when I was in IIT Kanour. It was very nice talking to him in the department. He was a soft-spoken person. We were sad hearing the sad demise of Prof. G. C. Ray. May God shower peace to the departed soul and give moral strength to his wife, son, and daughter to continue their lives in his absence.
