Research Topic
Superconductivity and Magnetism in Pnictides. My research activities are in the investigation of the physical properties of new materials with fascinating ground state phenomena. This includes High Tc superconductors, Magnetically ordered systems and strongly correlated electron materials. My expertise covers the sample preparation of highest possible quality, investigation of the physical properties and electronic band structure calculations of the crystalline solids. So far, I have worked on iron-pnictide superconductors and various Ce and Eu-based heavy-fermion/Kondo-lattice/valence fluctuating/magnetically ordered systems.
